Diet and Exercises!!!!! Eat small meals every 2 awake hours.

Google the GI Diet by Rick Gallop, its easy to use, effective and uses normal foods. I have lost 80lbs in 6 months with it. You also need to exercise every day;

Just start eating healthier and exercise more. It's the hardest thing to do, but it's not effective. Cut the carbs!

work out each day for 2 hours For the first hour get you heart pumping- jog, jump rope, tennis or basketball. Next hour do tons of pumping iron, sit ups, and push ups. Eat healthy! good luck!

dude everyone will say it but eat more healty stuff and less bad stuff and train. and they say this because it works if you loose weight to fast or do somthing stupid like stop eating your body wont know what is happening so it will store fat just incase. so you will put on even more weight so dont do that.

you can either go on a diet or exercise 3x a week and eat heathy foods like veggies, fruit, drink less pop and more milk and water, DONT EAT JUNK FOODS!!!

drink loads of water...and first thing in the morning after brushing your teeth drink a glass of hot water mixed with honey and lemon everyday.
