A banana is a great way to start the day because it is an energy booster! Bananas also provide you with Fiber (which helps bowel movements) and they are LOADED with vitamins! You can easily make fruit smoothies! Also, Quaker has a delicious line of Weight Control Oatmeal (flavors like Cinammon, Banana Bread, and Maple & Brown Sugar)! They're even the little instant packets, so it's easy in the morning rush!

Try a scoop of low-fat cottage cheese with a serving of fruit mixed in....good ones are(fresh or frozen) strawberries or peaches and pineapple. bananas are also good sliced on top. Add a piece of whole wheat toast with some fruit flavored low-fat cream cheese or some sugar free jam. This should give you a good balance of protein and the right carbs. Also V-8 vegetable juice is packed with nutrients and tastes great if you don't want to eat fruit every morning.

No one says that breakfast has to be eggs and such, those foods are traditionally breakfast foods, but no one says you can't have soup, enchiladas, burgers or whatever you want for the first meal of the day. I work shift work, and have had pretty much everything for the meal in the mornings... I can't stand breakfast foods either. Grilled chicken salad is my favorite "breakfast" food. Pick lunch and supper foods that are healthy, and just have them for breakfast.

Well breakfast is the most important meal of the day and it should not be skipped. It is the meal that gets your metabolism going forr the rest of he day. It does not have to be the egg, sausage thing it can be oatmeal, smoothies however they contain a lot fo sugar so be careful. Also try protein drinks ie. slimfast or make your own..

First things first.. You have to eat breakfast in order to loose weight. I know it sounds weird, but its true. When my husband was going into the Army, they told him to eat 8 small meals a day. Ie crackers, and cheese, or cottage cheese.. Small snacks you loose more weight than eating 3 meals. Don't starve yourself, you won't loose anything.. you will actually gain weight in most cases

cereal is quite healthy. or you could try grapefruit. or bagels. or a banana. just make sure you eat something so you don't end up overeating during the next meal.

Maybe try some fruit or yogurt. Cut up a bunch of strawberries, kiwis, bananas, grapes, apples...etc. It works for me!
