this may seem nasty but it works!!!!!!!!!!!! trust me. i am very animate about this:
1. Drink 1-2 tblespoons of APPLE CIDER VINEGAR! this kind of vinegar helps your body burn fat! look it up. (its all over the web)
2. Drink Green Tea. Perferably in the Morning and Evening. This also burns fat by increasing your matabalism. look it up (its all over the web)
3. For breakfast eat = half a grapefruit! grapefruit is great for you and it takes more energy to digest than most fruits. Guess what that mean? your body burns more fat!
4. If your really serious take a small amount of water and mix 1/2 teaspoon of CAYENNE Pepper (or more) and swallow that really fat. Chilli Pepper works too. Its not that hot and if you swallow it fast only the back of your throat will burn a little. These peppers make your matabolism go fast NATURALLY!
5. Pick 3 of the ab workouts from this site http://www.shapefit.com/workout-routines.html
do 1 of set in the morning of each (after eating your grapefruit and tea) do 3 sets of each everynight! (or more)
6. Walking will help ALOT! walk to your friends house, to the park, around the corner, take your dog on a walk, walk around your house a couple of times, SOMETHING!
7. While watching your favorite tv show do jumping jacks. Youll be so into the show you wont even realize your doing jacks! Take a break during 2 or 3 commercials. Before you start Drink a BIG cup of water. After you finish drink 2 big cups of water in 30 mins.
8. Drink at least half a gallon of water a day.
9. Eat less. Eat healthy. NO SUGAR. (or very very littile of it)
10. BE HAPPY!!!!! LIFE IS GREAT!!!! WHO CARES IF YOU ARENT PERFECT!!!!! LOVE LIFE!!! if you think think this way, you'll lose weight faster<<<< its proven.
11. Share this with friends and family. The more you tell others the more excited youll get about it.
12. BE HAPPY!! (repaeated becuz its important)
13. Dont weigh yourself. You will have alot of water weight so the scale might not be accurate. Just pinch the fat on your stomach. Notice how much you pinch. Pinch your fat everynight. after a coule of weeks notice how you will start to pinch less and less!

Don't take any of these silly things! Not only will they not work but some of them are dangerous. Exercise is the only way I'm afraid. Swimming is good as the water supports your weight and tones pretty much all your body. It's fun too! Go along with some friends and have fun while you're there. Sit-ups are good too, start off with maybe 10 every day then gradually do more. Yoga is good as it tones your muscles and is a good stress reliever too. It's probably just puppy fat. At 13 your body is still growing, maybe you'll have a growth spurt before spring comes and it'll be gone all on it's own. Also, it's perfectly natural to have a little flab, a washboard stomach just doesn't look natural. Good luck x

NO supplement is going to help you with this. Keep up the exercise. Don't eat unhealthy. Do stomach crunches. Swim. Other than that, there is not THAT much you can do to fight what is probably genetic. Stay away from the supplements, though. You're too young, they'll mess up your health, and most of them don't work anyway. The ones that do ALL have a catch, and the catch is never worth it.
You might also consider talking to your doctor about this. You are too young to be stressing about this sort of thing, and you are going to get yourself hurt. Be careful that you do not develop an eating disorder or unhealthy perception of yourself. It is NOT worth it over a little bit of stomach flab.

You are 13. You aren't eating right or exercising if you have flab. So back away from the computer and go get some exercise. Supplements aren't for kids because there is no reason a child/teen should be fat or have flab.

I know you don't want people focusing on your age, but I wouldn't let my 13yo daughter take a supplement to lose weight over a little flab on the belly. First of all, kids your age don't have carved muscles yet, and you aren't even into your end stage development from puberty yet. Do you want to risk not fully developing breasts and hips? No you don't! If you aren't overweight, than stay away from those supplements, like Relacore. It can cost you your boobs. The little bit of body fat you are seeing is still baby fat, and it serves a purpose in your development. You don't want to look like Mary-Kate or Nicole Ritchie, do you?

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

i'm 13 too, and i have a bit of flab too. it is probably just because, like me, you r shorter (or vertically challenged as me & my friends say), and your stomach will flatten out a little after u hit your growth spurt. if u r shorter right now and you are going to go on supplements now and get your growth spurt after, you will get a disgusting nicole richie body. plus, if you go on supplements, you'll probably get hooked and become a drug addict, especially since you so young. another thing is that u r probably really self-conscience and really look better than u think. if you really don't like the flab, you can do crunches or sit ups, or a fun exercise like swimming.

My stomach is my problem area too. What I have found is that Pilates really helps with that. I started doing Pilates about 6 months ago and now my stomach flab has decreased significantly. I also do Yoga and that helps me keep my whole body toned. Another option is doing crunches. But I would recommend Pilates

Hi cute, i think most girl at their teens feel flabby but it doesn't meant that they are fatty. Follow one rule of life for becoming slim and trim is do lot of work and do not mind taking sufficient balance food diet of all sort keeping mind free. Regular exercise and control walking /jogging at least twice in a week for 2-4 km is also very effective in shedding killos.. It is also scene that most family do have hereditary problem of flab. But curly girl don,t mind in taking evening fruit salad and skip tea or some hot beverages.

If you're truly overweight (I say this 'cuz alot of girls seem to worry about weight when there's nothing to worry about), then no... you either don't eat right, or don't exercise enough (at least - not for YOU).
Stay active, have fun, eat small frequent meals and snacks, don't skip meals, stay away from fast food, don't obsess over your weight, save sodas & candy for special occasions, don't confuse 'in shape' with skinny, and drink plenty of water.
There's no reason you should need any supplements if you follow the advice above. Stick to the basics.
