i heard that your supposed to take a gram for every kilo or somthing like that? also how much whey protien am i supposed to take? i wiegh 180 pounds.

Personally I just use NO-Xplode which has creatine in it so I just take whatever is in the dosage.

usual creatine dose = 5g

protien is up for argument but usually around 1g/pound of body weight (not all at once obviously)
