whats a good 40 yeard dash for a 13 year old boy?

I got a 5'6 and my friend got a 5'4 im a quarter back and hes a running back are these good for our postitions?

No offense or anything, but you and your friend might want to work on getting that up some. A running back at my school who is 14 and average and he runs a 4.5.
