If you have told him how it makes you feel, then you have every right to (as one writer said) out him in front of your parents. If you have not told him...then tell him!
The hitting on you is one thing and I am sure he thinks your HOT (...no offense...) but disrespect for a woman, especially one in his family should not be tolerated. Even more reason to confront him in front of your parents.
Always.... protect your self from men / boys with too much testosterone and not enough respect. Teaching him a lesson now will save him much pain latter in life.

I would tell my parents...and hold back nothing. You should not have to feel uncomfortable that way in your own home, that is supposed to be where you feel safe...
I am not trying to scare you but if those are the things you know about, there are probably more things you don't know about...gotta tell your parents, he needs to stop.....good luck.
If for some reason your parents don't beleive you, go live with a friend for a while, it is unhealthy for you to live like that...

telling your parents would be the best solution. You didnt state if your parents are both your birth parents or if only one of them is.
If they are both your birth parents then tell them immedaitely. if only one is it mightbe a good idea to confide in only him or her initially and then have them be on the look out for any suspicious behaviour on the part of your step brother then the other parent can be told

It makes for a bad situation if you involve your parents. Confront him personally first and tell him you will involve your parents. If that doesnt work thats when you involve your parents. Ultimately he will be unbelievably embarresed by it so the parents should be your last choice.

Tell him. And depending on your ages, it could be very inproper and you need to tell someone else.
He may feel that you aren't related by blood, but if to you he is your brother, then make it known!

You should tell him exactly how you feel and if that doesn't work then go to your parents and tell them.
