The thought of someone selling perfume and wine in the same shop is horrifying. I couldn't imagine that at all.
Personally I'd be looking for corkscrews, crackers/bread sticks, carafes, or serving trays.

Cheese goes with wine obviously. I guess snack meats might. Maybe some mints? Not too sure on the others. If you are looking for product ideas, you should go to a huge wine store. I live in Chicago - the biggest one here is called Sam's Wines - it's one of the biggest in the country. I bet their site has gift suggestions - samswine.com

When you are buying wine it is best to have access to stuff to pair the wine with. Wine goes well with pates, sausages, cured meats, cheeses, breads, & nuts. Of course the best pairing are with foods prepared or selected to compliment the wine
