They have a variety of forums, guides on how to perform exercises, etc that will give you lots of good information.

It isn't so much a "special diet", just work on a cleaner diet. Cut out the junk food, eat your veggies and a bit of protein with each meal. Try to eat 6 to 8 evenly sized small meals through the day. Eat as soon as you get up. Maybe pack a couple of protein bars with you when you go to school. Eat 1 between classes mid-way through the morning, and the other one midway through the afternoon. Eat a snack when you get home from school.

As far as exercise, yes, weights are a good idea. If you can't afford any you can make them yourself. Fill old bleach and detergent containers with sand. You can do curls and the like with them. Be careful with them as there is the possibility of them spliting open and dumping the sand out. Your mother won't like that.

Check around and see if your school has a weight room. Also, your city may have a fitness center that you can join, or the YMCA, or other such places.

To train for mass, start it by doing the Big 4: Bench Squat Deadlift Powerclean. Of course, do isolated body parts(curls, shoulder Presses, etc) but you want to do multijoint exercises stimulating whole sections of your phsique. Eat 4-6 meals a day, not all have to be sit down mealsl; think protein shakes and the like. REST, take time to just chill out. Your body will respond. I am a fitness trainer, so this is what I do for my clients and myself. Best of luck
