No one. God made us humans to be sexual beings, and sexuality is part of the real world.

There is no one "out there" who can save your mind. It depends on you doing it for yourself.

As far as seeing the actual world, there are lots of books that talk about it, but as the Tao te Ching says: "The Tao that can be spoken of is not the eternal Tao..." Basically, this too is something you have to experience for yourself. It's a fleeting glimpse when you have it.

Read Tao te Ching, Lazy Man's Guide to Enlightenment, A Course in Miracles, or some Buddhist scriptures. Any of these might help, though they are only signposts, not guides.

Only we can. We hold a particle within our soul that allows us to wake up with knowledge and wisdom of the history of creation and everything that came from it. Some of us experienced glimpses into the true world.
