In fact, they do. Your nose and ears never stop growing!!
This may sound strange, but don't worry, they grow all the time but at a slower pace than the rest of your body.

i read somewhere ears never stop growing but i dont know where they keep growing must be in the head as my ears arent down by my knees.

Yep...your eyes stay the same size your entire life but your ears and nose never stop growing. Its pretty cool.

Your ear lobes do.... right up until you die. That's why you see a lot of older people (particularly woman) with very long lobes.
