body language which shows someone is interested?

i read some thing about how people (especially girls) act around you if they like you through body language.
Do you honestly believe any of the following actions is true?

1) the girl will mirror things you do
e.g you slouch in a chair.. she does it.
you rest your head/neck on your arms on the table.. she does it also.

2) she will change seats/places alot
e.g everytime you sit somewhere different she happens to be sitting somewhere different too. sometimes sitting in the corner where everything is visible including you. she tries to get into your view vice versa.

3) her legs are crossed towards you and her body is facing you.
(tho i have seen ppl do this to friends casually so i dont know)

4) you look at her and you catch her lookin at you aswell.
after lookin at her she looks at the floor or her lap when she notices your looking and starts fiddling with an item e.g a tiny piece of paper or pencil or something.

5)she touches you playfully.

is it true or? anything to add lol? ty

All of the above are true, in my experience anyway. Another thing is that if a girl is interested, she will start playing with her hair, or brushing it out of her face. This is a 'preening' gesture which will make her look more 'presentable' to you.

Any girl who kisses you is probably 'interested' in you, or likes you to some extent. Either minorly or majorly, she rates you. Thinking logically, you wouldn't voluntarily kiss a person you thought was unattractive.

1)the girl will mirror things you do
It is easier to do something simple, like scratch your forarm, or brush lint off your shirt, its a smooth little test. If she doesn't she could still be into you. The idea is that somehow your elevated your status above hers, either with your looks or with conversation, and she is trying to gain rapport so as to gain your status, get with you, be on the same level.

Shes following you around, thats kind of a no brainer. She wants you to initiate conversation.

Definately, this indicates trust or rapport, of course you would see this amoung friends. If a woman you just met is doing this, she is interested in you.

100% yes. Women are very intuned with "exactly" how, who, and when they touch people. If you think it was a casual brush, accidental, it probably was not. Usually you can tell anyway. i love it when girls do this, its so cute.

1 is particulaly true, although it applies to more than just guy/girl things.. we mirror people subconsciously if we like them as friends or whatever too, on the converse if we dislike someone we dont.. this applies to body stance, breathing rate etc..its interesting to fold your arms in a lecture and see if the people next to you do lol..

fidgiting with things as in 4 is a general anxiety trait, and applied in this sense, if she gets nervous when you look at her its prolly a good sign.. the same thing can be used to help spot lying too as this often causes anxiety ;)
