No - modern chewing & bubble gums are actually mainly synthetic plastics - not like the older 'latex' gums of yesteryear.
They are TOTALLY indigestable. This of course makes no difference as they pass through the digestive system in around 24 hours. Only the sugar portion is digested - the rest just 'passes through'.
Much the same as the outer kernels of sweetcorn (indigestable cellulose), most unchewed nuts & seeds.
Nothing hangs around in the human gut too long...a couple of days tops.

I'm sure this is rubbish, nothing stops in your stomach more than 24hrs as everything moves along, they say red meat bungs your intestines up in general but you eat a lot of it compared to gum. Stomach acid is very strong which is why heartburn hurts so much. Sweetcorn doesn't digest very well it, so some of it kinda comes out like how it went in. You pass it all out your bum

I saw this question a Dateline a while back. That is false, chewing gum is disgusted along with everything else. It doesn't take 7 years.

lol, we never had problems when we were kids, we used to swallow our gum all the time! Even our dog used to chew it then swallow it if she found some in the street. I dont think it's true, it passes the way of all comestibles, healthy or not.

No. Even if it did, it wouldn't stick around to be digested. It goes on out the egress within a day or so.
