like they have on Pizza Hut's Pizza?

All I usually find are the ones in a can with Mushroom juice.
I would like to eat mushrooms dry.

shitake dried mushrooms at Costco.

Unless, you aren't talking about fresh mushrooms from the produce section of the grocery store are you? Because those are the ones found on pizzas. Really?

Dried mushrooms can easily be purchased at any large grocery store ask the produce person where they are - usually with Asian foods or under the fruits and veggies with other dried vegetables. Good Luck!

I cannot think of any mushrooms you can eat dry. Even Chinese mushrooms have to be soaked in water and cooked before you can eat them.

If what you want is Chinese dry mushroom, you can find them at T&T Supermarket.

I think It is better that you go to supermarket and there you can see plates tor small boxes that there are many dry mushrooms in it and they are all dry. and youcan ask the helper man in supermarket he can show you where they are but I am sure in big supermarket you can find it.

look in your phonebook for import stores, preferably asian import grocery stores, they usually have them, however if you don't live in a big city you may have to travel to a larger city to find the kind of stores I'm taking about.
You may also have a gourmet grocery store in your area... In phoenix they have a place called AJ's and they carry all sorts of weird gourmet and hard-to-find foods... try looking up gourmet delicatessans or gourmet groceries in your phonebook.

The vegetable section of your grocery store or spice area. Many Vietnamese or Chinese Grocery stores have them, too.
