1. Yes, she is hot.
2. My girlfriend is going (not jealous)
3. I'm not trying to hook up with her.
4. She's pretty new to the office and I don't know her well.
5. She said she wasn't doing anything for new years and i have reservations at a swanky club and i can take 2 more, so. . .
6. I invited her in an email and told her she can bring someone else.
7. She hasn't responded yet and i'm pretty sure she checked her email

the minimum means she must spend at least $20 total, but we're getting drink service and stuff, so no more than that is necessary. Yes i make quite a bit more $ i'm sure

Unless you're some sort of high exalted executive poohbah, I can't see why you'd hesitate. You should be considerate in terms of the expense of your activity, as she may make less than you and your friends - or she may not. But she certainly isn't a member of some odd other species or anything, and she might be very good company if she chooses to go out with you.

It depends on your intentions. Inviting her out to drink is fine. Trying to make a move on her may be considered in appropriate and could get you fired.
