FRESH and uncooked green veggies are high in fiber. Eat bananas for energy. Anything that is fresh and not cooked is found to be the healthiest. Try eating fresh veggies for one week and lots of water, this will detoxify your system and get rid of any toxins you may be carrying around...my hubby convinced me to do this and it was amazing how much better I felt! I now do this about every couple months!

Just about any food that is whole, that is it grew on a tree or was dug up out of the earth. Legumes (beans & nuts), vegetables, especially green ones, and fruit are among the healthiest foods. Also, soy foods and fish are good. Where meat is concerned eat low on the food chain. That's what I do. I rarely have red meat and I don't have meat with every meal. Stay healthy!

The healthiest foods are -- none at all. Or at least very little. Scientific research has fully established that a Caloric Restricted diet is the only way, repeat the ONLY way, to both extend life and to enjoy good health into old age.
Lots of websites for more info on this topic.

Obviously these people attempting to "HELP" you aren't very bright... Or maybe they don't have much experience. The body needs all types of food. Carbs, Fat, and Protein. Proper portions determine how successful your diet will be. You should have a personal trainer find your RMR (resting metabolic rate) and BF%. From there, you can figure out what you you need to do. It is impossible to create a diet from a bunch of random guesses. Trust me on this!

Oatmeal is really high in fiber
But some other stuff you can eat that are high in fiber:
1. Whole-grain foods (such as bran cereals) and breads (those made with whole wheat grains).
2. Fresh fruits (including the skin and pulp).
3. Dried or stewed fruits (such as prunes, raisins, or apricots).
4. Root vegetables (such as carrots, turnips, or potatoes).
5. Raw or fresh vegetables, such as cabbage. (Lettuce is actually low in fiber.)

Kashi Bars, high protein and high fiber.
I am a big fan of Kashi so do a search for Kashi products and pick what you like. If they are not available in your local stores, kroger and CVS sometimes have them with the health food stuff, they are worth ordering.
