I am a stay at home mom in school and my husband works will we get some money back for me being in school

You don't get extra money just because you are a mom or a student, but depending on where you're going to school, you're very likely eligible for some tax credits for some of your school expenses.

Maybe. See Form 8863 for education credits. If joint income is over 90,000 the credits start to go down.
