Google the GI Diet by Rick Gallop, its easy to use, not a fad diet (uses normal foods) and is effective. Its also sustainable. I have lost almost 80lbs in 6 months with it;

Very easy!! Go on the 9-day diet plan by Forever Living. I tried it last yr and found it so good I joined the company as a distributor. You can buy it direct rather than from a distributor. That way you will get it 30% cheaper. You'd never know, you might even join the company yourself. Check it out on www.aloedistributor.com or www.flpireland.com No matter what country you live in There is an FLP HQ near you. All you do is order over the phone n you will get your order within 2-3 days. If you need any help e-mail me. Good luck.

If you want a good diet that will help you lose weight and eat right for life so you keep it off, I recommend Weight Watchers. The point system cannot be beat. You can eat whatever you want. Nothing is off limits. I went from 88.6 kg to 54.5 kg on the program, of course I started exercising too. It took a year, but believe me it was worth it. I have kept the weight off for four years now and I'm a regular exerciser. I still eat whatever I like in moderation. You should try it.

All the above suggestions are good, here's another. Get a pedometer - an electronic one, not the pendulum things you attach to your waistband, the ones you get free with cornflakes. Get a proper one (Omron HJ 112 for example) and aim to walk at least 10,000 steps per day.

Eat a lot of cabbage and drink only water.
Cut out junk food, candy, and fatty foods.
Also add cardio exercise to your daily routines. If you want to loose weight and not bulk up cardio is the way to go.

Assuming you are not gaining weight at the moment, reducing your intake by around 500Kcals per day will help you lose around 6kg in 12 weeks.
