It would hurt me, because I haven't built up the tolerance for pain. But the guy's probably been doing martial arts for ages now - it's part of the training, to learn to ignore the pain. A mind over matter kind of thing.

it's martial arts training. it ain't that hard to do. They're only 110-130 pounds, come on. no big deal. it's a matter of learning to expel all your breath and tighten your abs.

i know someone who used to be in martial arts.
