Sadly, not every diet plan works for everyone. First of all you need to have a goal in mind of how thin you wanna be. You could hang up some bathing suit or article of clothing you really wanna wear but can't yet. Or just have an idea of what u wanna fit into in mind. Try drinking 7 to 8 glasses of water a day and cut out soda. When you feel hungry, try drinking some water because most of the time your body actually needs water and is thirsty but then you mistake it for hunger pains. Don't eat in front of the TV because then you might actually be full but you are so into watching you can't tell so you keep eating and eating. Eat slowly, drinking small sips of water in between bites because it helps you realize when you're full. Try buying small dishes and silverwear which will make you eat less. Drink 3 cups of low fat or skimmed milk a day. Always stay hydrated by keeping a bottle of juice or water around at all times. Try eating fish or chicken instead of very fatty meats like pork and beef. Stay away from starches like bread and rice. If you use butter only to spread on your bread, stop buying it. Every two weeks, give your body a break and give it some good food that it likes to eat. Now i know you probably wanna start buying all these no fat/ low fat foods but you sldn't. Have a balance of normal foods and low fat foods otherwise you won't be able to keep the fat off (unless you are extremely stong and not tempted.). Stock your fridge with fruits and veges. Bannanna's are very good to have because they are low in calories and yummy and build your motabilism(not sure how u spell tt). Diet and exercise go hand in hand too!!! HAPPY DIETING!
p.s. if you are starving try downing a glass of cold water and your body will think that it's full which will keep the hunger off for like an hour. Don't do that to much otherwise you'll starve yourself

Remember one thing: Everyone's body is different and we all have differnt body structures.

1. Cut out soda and drink water drink at least 6-8 glasses of water each day

2. Fruits and Veggies- eat alot of them and cut out fatty foods such as chips, sugary cookies, cakes, donuts and even candy

3. Drink atleast two glasses of milk each day and make sure it's homogenized not whole milk or lowfat milk. You can drink soymilk too but I don't reccomend it.

4. Exercise-play your favorite sports and run alot- be active so you can burn more calories. You don't have to play a sport to get into shape you can also be active around the house too by doing laundry, cooking, cleaning, cutting grass, garage work and everything.

5. Eat properly- don't starve yourself eat breakfest but not too much food eat: cereal, a fruit and a glass of juice, lunch: a pizza slice, a glass of juice or water and a small snack, dinner: Chicken, potatoes, peas and corn and water. It also depends on how you prepare your foods like don't put so much oil in them and don't deepfry them, only bake and cook it!

6. Control Hunger and Appitite- when you want to eat stop and think about what you are going to eat. Eat a fruit or have a 100 Calorie pack snack or anything. You can eat junk food at a LIMIT and not so much. If you are on a diet then eat junk food once a week and if your hungry eat something that will satisfy your hunger.

7. Overeating- don't eat too much even if the food is good. Eat only as much as you can to satisfy yourself

8. If you can go to the gym often

Good Luck and I hope you reach your goal!

Do not go for a diet fad, all our bodies are different, so why follow the same diet for all of them? Here are some tips to help you lose weight!

Drink at least 8 glasses of cold water every day. Cold water actually uses up calories because your body can't use the water when it is too cold, so it uses energy to heat it up.

*Stop drinking soda and sugary juices all together, they do nothing but harm your body.

*Eat smaller meals, but more meals throughout the day. Never skip a meal, because you skip a meal, overeat at the next meal, feel bad, skip another meal, overeat again, ect. DOES NOT WORK!

*Veggies and fruits are your friends! Plus, eating pomigranite (the actual fruit) can curb your appetite, plus it will take you a full hour to pick out all that stuff in the actual fruit :)

*When you eat, be sure to sit up straight and have a little pillow on your lower back. This will help your brain realize it is full. It takes the brain 15-20 minutes to realize you are full!

*When you eat, take 3 bites, a sip of cold water, 3 bites, sip of cold water. This will help your brain realize it is full.

*Get smaller plates and smaller knives and forks. Why? Studies show that a group of people with big bowls and giant spoons will eat TONS of ice cream before full. While people who have little bowls and need to eat the ice cream with tiny sample spoons still eat that little bowl of ice cream, and they feel satisfied and full!

Drinks lots and lots of water daily, eight full glasses of water would be great. The water will help to make you feel fuller, and it will also help to clean the toxins out of your system.

Also, eat your calories, don't drink your calories.

If you crave sweets, try instead of eating a candy bar, to eat a piece of fruit.

Cut down on carbohydrates hugely!!!!!!!

Don't eat a thing after 5:00 p.m.

Exercise every night before bedtime, and try to get some exercise during the day as well, even if it is just walking.

Don't eat huge meals!!! Cut your meal intake down by 50%.

Good luck!!!!!!
