I mean I have tried to fit into my good jeans and now I cant fit it into me. Im like embarrassed to see people thin but im fat on my thighs! Please help!

Well, it is not an easy thing to do but you can do it if you put your mind to it.
First you want to do a strict diet change. Raw fruits and vegetables for a few weeks. Lean cuts of meat, no candy, no junk food, no fast food. Water and once in a while natural fruit juices. Absolutely no soda, beer, sports drinks, sugary drinks, etc etc etc. You are going to want to flush out your system of unwanted junk and extra fats. In doing so it will help to jump start the metabolism and you will begin to loose weight.
Secondly you are going to want to start an exercise routine. This too you have to be careful with as exercise can build muscle. Most likely you want lean strong muscles, not bulky ones. So for you I woudl say jogging or running. Do this twice a day for four days during the week. Two days during the week you are going to want to do strength exercises, such as squatting and standing, knee extensions, calf extensions, leg lifts, etc etc. To add resistance while doign these you can either buy some small weights, like 5 or 10 pounds (more might build muscle) or just fill up two empty milk containers with water and use that as weight resistance.
The last day you should rest your legs and papmer yourself a little bit. Perhaps a massage, lotion them up, what ever you may do that you like.
It takes time but it will work, and to your surprise this will also help to slightly tone the rest of your body. Good luck.

I'm willing to bet that your are the typical pear shape Huh? Your thighs are where the fat collects. Thank goodness it's not in your umbilical region or on your left and right lumbar regions (like me, an apple). I suggest that you simply move more and sit less. Take the stairs, park further away from the stores and walk more. Every morning before work , jog in place for 2 Min's. and/or do 50 jumping jacks.
Drink more water.

There are alpha and beta fat cells which burn at different paces. It is nearly impossible to burn fat in ONLY one place. Jogging is a great exercise because it involves high repetitions. High repetitions present muscle tone eventually. Your diet must change as well.

there really isn't a solution to target body fat reduction. Just have to eat right and exercise and body fat will be reduced.

Well,try jogging and leg exercise.My mom does that and her thighs are turning out great.You should try it.And don't worry what people say.
