I used to keep my cats toys in a decorated brown paper bag. I know its sounds cheesy...but I decorated it so it wasnt so tacky...and there was something about the brown bag the cats loved. Plus that way they could go in there and get their own toys. I was just never successful in teaching them to put them away when they were done playing (not at all unlike the children)

My cats have a wine box. The hole in the top is big enough for them to reach in and take out their toys when they want to.

there's a thing called an "ice-cream tub" - you buy them from the supermarket in the frozen food section. Unfortunately they are usually full of ice-cream - you can solve this problem by eating the ice-cream. Hey presto, you're left with a container that you can wash out and then store kitty toys in.

I got one at a dollar store its a plastic box and is slanted in the front and when my kitties want a toy they just reach in and pull one out.At times they take them all out LOL but it keeps them busy and happy and that is what really matters that they are happy.

I made one from a perfect size of a cardboard box, covered it with really cute contact paper & then with a permanent marker printed her name on the front & it read
Mindy's toy's.

OK..not sure where you live but, I would try the thrift stores first. We got one there for our dog..just brought it home and repainted it. It was only like $2.00. Im not one to spend all that much on something like that. OK...so Im cheap! lol Or you could try one of the big box stores (wal-mart etc..) or a pet supply store. But, if you are looking not to spend alot of money, try the first couple suggestions first. :0) Good Luck!
