This sounds to be a rumor. I have heard this before and have tried to do as much research as I could posibaly do, even called the DNR in PA and they have no knowledge of any such White-tail deer at that weight class. If you have any luck verifing this rumor please let me know.

Dont have that but i do have a picture of a deer shot out side of rushford lake NY that has a rack of 24 point's taken down by my buddies father

the last issue of michigan woods and waters magazine had a picture of it in there.
along with the amish buck and several other monsters.
