I only have sex with friends that I have known long enough to know they are clean (a tight circle of friends). As for condoms, I take care of my own protection and for about half of my partners they are not applicable anyway.
This is the wrong day and age to have unprotected sex either because of unwanted pregnancies or STDs.
My answer would have to be NO.
