Piece of garbage. I wouldn't touch a camera without at least a optical viewfinder. Camras like these need to be held out at arms length to see the LCD to take the picture. Then people wonder why their pictures are blurry. Save your money and buy something usable....

"You get what you pay for." I'd rather see you spend a couple bucks more and get a Canon Powershot A530. It has been on sale at numberous big box stores below $130. That's a good price on a good camera. The A530 was selling for $180 not too long ago. I've recommended this camera within my own family, so I'll be living with the results of this recommendation right along with you. You can use the rest of your budget to buy a decent memory card.

It all depends on what you want to do with your photography. If you're just looking for a camera to do some candid shots of friends and family and such and are on a budget, you'll be fine with this camera. If you want to get serious about photography, you'll want to get something that you can have more control over (long shutter speeds, longer lens, etc). Its 5mp, so you'll be able to do some decent enlargements on prints, but there's not much flex ability to be creative with it. The key is figuring out what you want to do.
