Social security numbers are not searchable by normal police agencies, it means nothing to them. All people are checked out by name and date of birth. Deceased people will eventually be removed from Dept of Motor vehicle files but there is no data base for deceased persons searchable by normal police agencies.

It should come up that that person is deceased and then you will be nicked for fraud as well!!
