On Christmas, my father fed my dad leftover turkey and my dog gobbled it all up before I could do anything about it. Today, my dog's poop is green. Is this from the turkey, or is something wrong with him?

Just the turkey. My dad was carving the rest of it to put in tupperware containers, and he dumped some in my dog's bowl.

My mom thinks, but isn't sure, that she might have mixed her dog's food (Beneful) with my dog's food (Purina One Lamb & Rice). Could that do it?

Well, if it is the Beneful with the GREEN dye in the bits it could be that.
After turkey though, it is best to watch for any digestive problems that may indicate pancreatitis.

My dogs eat grass and broccoli....neither makes the poop green.

i don't think the turkey would have that effect on him, he must have eaten some kind of vegetable, like broccoli? Maybe green beans? Did you dad just give him a plate with some turkey on it, or did you see him physically feed the dog only a few pices of actual turkey meat?

the dog might have gotton a hold of something with a green food coloring in it ...like maybe a cookie with green icing or maybe cake with green icing... sometimes even brocoli or someother green plant or veggie will do that...i can't think of any illness that would effect a dog in such a manner. just try to remember if there was anything like that around that possible a child could have given to him
but if nothing like that was around have him checked just to be safe

that is completely usual. the well-known shade in the nutrients will bring about the colour of their feces. Beneful healthful Harvest includes vegetable products and it somewhat is the probably clarification for the fairway stools. study the aspects, i'm beneficial you could perceive greater suitable than one element this is to blame. as long as your dogs stools have not replaced in form, consistency, frequency, etc. i'm beneficial there is not any reason for alarm.

I suspect the dog also had green bean casserole or peas with his turkey.

Oh, and stop staring at your dog's poop!
