chicken pox get a head on them, like a zit. I would say you have a rash of some other kind. If benadryl doesn't help, go to the doctor!

could be scabies or Keratosis pilaris. i have keratosis pilaris and i used to pick at it and my friend thought i had chicken pox one time. but you take medicine (a cream) and it heals up. or it might be chicken pox. but if i remember correctly chicken pox starts to itch right away. you should go to a doctor.

You did not say HOW LONG you had them... IF only for a short while, I would believe that it was an allergy to something that you had eaten.
