Having looked at the website, there are many good signs. They show their dogs. The have a copy of the standard on their site. They emphasize careful placement of their puppies and have a questionnaire, rather than simply selling to anybody with money.
However, I always suggest meeting a breeder and seeing the facilities for yourself. Websites can be deceptive. The breeders in the collie abuse case a couple of years ago had a beautiful website, and showed their dogs.

Never buy a dog online sight unseen. It's the same old story - You'll send your money and you'll never get the dog. In a few weeks, you'll post another question saying "I got scammed, what should I do?"
Look down a couple of pages - There is one out there right now "I sent the money and never got the dog"....

It is not advised to buy a pup over the internet. Find one locally or within driving distance. People who sell over the internet often sell sick pups to out of state buyers. You need to see what you are buying in person, see the health of the pup, see the parents and how the pups are raised.

NO WAY!!! that sounds creepy! you never know if the new dog breed has problems! you should wait until that dog breed has become more populated around the world! Like poodles or Labradors or golden retrievers.

Get a dog from the pound. You do not need a designer dog, there are plenty of great dogs that need good homes.
