Use JOICO K-PAC Shampoo and conditioner to keep your hair in excellent condition then use Paul Mitchell Gloss Drops. I swear by these things. They last forever becasue a little bit goes a long way! Good Luck!

P.S. DO NOT USE Pantene. The reason it makes your hair shiny and silky is because they put a wax in it that will eventually coat your hair and give the opposite effect.

Wow, this is a similar with my hair too, virtually precisely! Mine includes my shoulders and is uncontrollably frizzy and curly. Ceramic straighteners artwork terrific, especially ones with eastern names. If straighteners are frying your hair, you may get a formula called Biohair(i do no longer remember the call precisely), or some thing like that, and positioned it over your hair till now you employ a straightener. additionally, you do no longer desire to straighten your hair every day, in case you could cope with, because of the fact inspite of the formula that is going to dry out your hair. in case you do no longer desire to apply a straightener, you may get a perm at a hair place and this could help you with your hair. don't get it decrease short because of the fact the burden of long hair pulls down the curls a splash and makes them a splash straighter. On wet days or humid days, your hair gets frizzy by way of moisture, so be arranged for a moist day. If none of those suggestion artwork, you're greater effective off sticking with the curly look. of path, you may get products to shrink the frizz and the curly hair will a minimum of be in neat curls. sturdy success! I actually have a similar difficulty.

I have the same kind of hair. This is what I do.........

* Wash every second day with a really mild, moisturizing shampoo.
* Condition it every day with a conditioner for dry hair.
* Never use a hair brush. Use a wide tooth comb to detangle.
* When it's still wet, use a leave in conditioner and a bit of silicone based de-frizz cream.
* Never use a blow dryer. Let it dry naturally.

I separate mine into small sections and twirl it around and around. It helps separate and control (read tame) the curls.

I permanently straightened my hair with an ionic "japanese" straightening system and love it but can already notice the curls/waves coming back :( Definitely do not wash (shampoo) your hair often - like 1x/week max! Use lots of conditioner, spray leave in conditioner, let it air dry and sleep on it (I heard satin pillows do wonders). The next day it won't be as frizzy.

There are a variety of very good hair care products that will condition your hair well. Try the ones that say they are for frizzy or damaged hair. You can also get spray-on leave-in conditioner, which has worked well for me (although one of the other respondents has apparently not had good luck with this. Try it, and if you don't like the results don't use it anymore). Good luck.

My tricks are to brush it before washing it, not washing it every day (women used to wash their hair once a week until the shampoo industry convinced them otherwise), and if it's really frizzy, I use a coconut oil-based smoother from the Body Shop. Any decent salon will have other smoothers for sale, too, since that one I mentioned is getting harder to find.

I have the same problem as you and i usually just put leave in conditioner before I brush it then put in my usual hair products. I don't think that there is anything you can do to help it from becoming knotted when it is dry unless you straighten it.

my mom has the same exact hair. What she does is every single morning she takes a shower with shampoo and then conditionor 2 times. As soon as she gets out she brushes her hair thru and even tho it could be knotty the wetness calms it down so its not as knotty as usual.&&& then she uses spray gel all over he hair combs it[[brushes it]] && styles it.It always comes out beautiful. At first this may do nothing for your hair but after a few weeks your hair will adjust to the new rutine and it will help!

use moisturizing shampoo and conditioner, put frizz controller in while hair is wet and use a diffuser to dry it. Never brush or use a fine tooth comb, only a wide comb.
