First its not too big of a challenge if you know how to show her love in the first place.
Look every women has desires and things that they would find to be romantic or show that you were thinking of them.
In most cases one way to do it is to do something outlandish in the name of love.
Like, how about you go set up a nice full day of nothing but you and her and lots to do.
wait till you know she has a day off work.Call her in the morning after you left so she thinks you are calling from work. But take the day off. When she answers tell her you want her to put on a nice dress and meet you at a restaurant at 11:30 (nice place).Have it set up with the waiter to bring her a vase of flowers to the table after you order your lunch.
in there have a certificate for a spa day for the two of you for after lunch at a place close by(massage treatment)
Then after you finish the spa,Take her to a place for you to have a few drinks at a place were they have a band that plays soft music and order drinks sit and talk and then ask her to dance with you. When she asks why you are doing all this say you will see, not saying right now.
After a few drinks take her to a nice hotel that you have already set up and placed rose petals all over the bed.
On her pillow a card that inside you say "thanks for 6 great years and looking forward to many, many more"and sign it with love forever.
I know this sounds like a lot of work but you know what? Anything that is worth anything always is.
Good luck!

Go back to the dating boot camp rules of thumb! Women want nothing more than for you to express yourself romantically and emotionally with them. What did you do when you were courting her? Remember things called flowers, boxed chocolates, love notes tucked away in places only she could find? Nothing will WOW your woman more than the renewed romantic efforts you can show! Take it from me. I've been married 20 years and I WOW my spouse frequently enough to let her know she still awakens the emotional, romantic side of me not just the male oriented animal-sex part!
Just be natural, don't over do it or it will seem forced and artificial and that is worse than not doing anything at all!

You mean with a gift? I think you need to elaborate on your question a bit but I would say that if you have been living together for a while and your relationship is great and you aren't married yet then proposing in a respectful, classy way would wow her! If you're talking s*x - take control, pamper her, be sexy and confident and make it fun with more than one positive result...

Depends if you are not married you could propose, if you are married you could plan a vow renewal ceremony. Flowers are nice, especially if you have them delivered, that just makes us feel special, but don't just go for the default roses, send her her favorite Flowers, or fave color of flowers. You could take her to her favorite restaurant and get up to go the bathroom, and give a present ( necklace, something like that) to your waiter to bring out with her drink, food etc.

Have the house clean and dinner ready with candles lit and flowers waiting when she gets home from work. Make sure she doesn't have to do anything around the house. Send the kids away for the night. Take care of it all and after dinner run her a bubble bath. That would wow me!!!

It depends if you mean 6 years of marriage or 6 years of dating. Either way, women ALWAYS love flowers. A romantic candlelit dinner would be nice, too. Maybe a ring, as well.

Touch and caress her, surprise her, pamper her (run a tub, cook dinner, clean up) marry her (if you havent already), get her a certificate to a spa. Buy her something pretty ( shoes, underwear) do something that you have never done for her. remember something she mentioned she liked, wanted or needed and do that for her.

If you don't know her well enough after 6 years to figure that out yourself, forget it!
