mch= mean corpuscual hemoglobin. and it tells you the average hemoglobin per red blood cell. it has nothing to do with your total hemoglobin level.
anemia=low total hemoglobin level
factors like MCH, MCV, and MCHC just tell you about your indvidual red blood cells and IF you have anemia can help categorize the type of anemia better
a low MCH just means that your individual blood cells have a little less hemoglobin than normal, but you can still have a normal TOTAL hemoglobin level.
some people can have natural (and normal for them) lower MCH levels.

No. The MCH is a mathematical calculation and no doctor will base a diagnosis of anemia on that alone.
Ferritin reflects total body iron stores.
The doctor will order more tests, or tests every month or so.
He or she might also want to check you for any GI bleeding if you are otherwise healthy and eat your meals regularly.

Mean corpuscular hemoglobin is a measure of how much hemoglobin there is in your total red blood cell count. Ferritin is the measure of iron stores. For men, it ranges from 12-300ng/mL and for females, 12-150ng/mL. Yours is definitely within the range. Anemia only occurs after your levels fall below 25 picograms and 10ng/ML
