i am going through a breakup with a man i have been with for years and i still love him. He works with me and likes some ladies from my work. How do i deal with this breakup i am a reak?

wow,ouch um....that quite a situation,id suggest,we both have our crushes hold up did he break up with you?if that's it leave him there is a bunch of fish in that oacean time you cach one you will be doing him a favor.he likes the girls then leave him.and honey you are not a reck dont go thinking that!good luck and for a guy id suggest a guy with black hair and a side bang.

He LEFT you for another woman or WOMEN!! He's an idiot...don't cry over him. Anyone that would leave you after you've been together for YEARS has something wrong with them and probably would have ended up cheating on you even if you stayed with them.
Be thankful you didn't get married to the guy before he did this!
And you deal with it by spending as little time with him as possible. Walk away from him if he comes near you. Talk to him but with as few of words as possible.
If he notices and asks you about it... tell him (don't make a scene) you still love him (we were together for years)...and being away from him is the only thing that's going to change that. So unless he wants the 'jealous b**** act' complete with the making his life a living....he'll just have to get used to this until you're over it.
Next you've got to go out and meet someone else. Start going to the mall, bars, one of those online dating services, or whatever you're comfortable with.
Or you're going to have to find a hobby. Humans...have to obess about something. Before it was your boyfriend, now it's going to have to be something like a club or a craft or a collection.
