Tonight I am supposed to be making a korma, I have the sauce and I have defrosted chicken. Now what? How long do I do the chicken and what do I cook it all in? Help!
Any other chicken dishes that are nice n different to cook for a boyfriend?

Quantities would depend on the amount of chicken and sauce you have.
Brown the chicken in a heavy frying pan or skillet, in some oil. Add some chopped onion if you like, and sauté until it starts to brown.
Read the instructions on the jar and add as much sauce as it tells you. You may need to add water, the instructions will help there too. Some like to add a couple of big spoonfuls of plain, unsweetened yogurt.
Cover the pan and simmer until the chicken is cooked, about 20 min.
Serve with rice.

Sweet and Sour Chicken

3 tablespoons vinegar
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon plain flour
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon tomato puree (NOT KETCHUP)

stir until flour and sugar mixes and you have a liquid. Two options now..cook the chicken (add peppers and onion or other nice veg) then pour sauce into pan. If it thickens to quickly add some water a little at a time.

second option..cook meat and veg as above and heat sauce in microwave for 20 - 30 seconds, stir and pour over.

Double up the measurements if you want more sauce.

The sauce will have instructions on the jar or tin. Brown the chicken first then add the sauce and cook for as long as it says - simple!! Good luck

cook the chicken until its white and the juices run clear. if the juices are pink then it isnt cooked enough.

i dunno about the korma tho as i dont like the stuff.

blokes like pasta as they find it like a comfort food. so why not make a pasta bake?

just add peppers, sweetcorn, any other vegs you like, tomato puree as well as the cooked chicken in a large frying pan stir and let it thicken a bit
cook some pasta shapes up drain and mix them into the sauce. top with lots of cheese (let the cheese melt) and enjoy. its easy and simple my fella loves it.
