I think that it is a matter of waking up to the reality of your eternal rewards, and realizing that what you choose in this life is going to affect your eternity. The extent to which you take this seriously is the extent to which you live accordingly. We all struggle with something. For some it is running their mouth too much, or talking (gossiping) about their neighbors. We all are challenged to live the way God has instructed us to.
The best advice I can give you at this point is, get in touch with what is in your heart. Proverbs says, that we should keep our hearts with diligence, because the streams of life flow out of it. We need to be careful what we allow to come into our hearts. Your heart may seem very cold and hardened toward God right now. But that will never change if you don't take steps to change it. You are responsible for the condition of your heart, no one else is. What is in your heart will come out of your heart. If your heart is full of lust and adultery, that is what will come out.
If you are having anger issues, that probably indicates that you are very frustrated in life, and that you don't know what to do about it. You also may be carrying some injuries to your soul that the Lord wants to heal. Unforgiveness toward someone (even God Himself) can block that healing.
So what I would encourage you to do right now is, pray to the Lord and tell him the truth about your situation. At this moment, that might sound like, "Lord, my heart is cold toward you and I don't know what to do about it. I have done many wrong things, and let worldly influences into my heart. I can't even say that I am sorry for what I have done right now, but I ask you to help me Lord. Give me a desire to follow you and to do what is right, to want what is right in your eyes."
I have a lot to say about this from my personal experience, because I've been there. It is really hard, but you can get out of it. And the Lord will help you. he still loves you very much and wants to help you. But you will have to be strong and make an effort. it will probably not all get better in a day or a week or a month. You will have to make good choices as to what to do with your eyes and your mind and your mouth. This is a matter of wanting to do the right things first of all (getting your heart right with God) and then taking control of your actions with God's help.
God does not overlook anything. He gives forgiveness to those who ask Him for it from the heart. But the things you decide to do down here will affect what your rewards in heaven are. You can still be saved and go to heaven, but you will be very sorrowful for the wrongs you have done down here when you there in His presence looking back on your life. Don't waste your life down here with sin.
Rather than involving yourself with worldly and carnal things, get involved with Godly and spiritual pursuits. Study God's word. Pray. Worship God. Hang out with Godly people. Pursue God with your heart and life. Doing these things has helped me tremendously, and they will help you too.

How do you spend your time? Are the porno sites numerous on your address bar?
As far as being Christian, you will not be perfect if you were to stop doing all those things. Know it. Live it. Love it. But don't love it too much! lol
What you need in the first place to be a Christian is to trust God . . . . . first.
And so, you can put your faith in, " sinning willfully" as in being a promise from God, or you can put your faith in this:
John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
So, do you trust Him?
That is the question you should ask yourself. Pray that you do not enter into temptaion. Have you done that?
I propose a practice with you. Chide yourself if you realize that you haven't done it each and every morning:
Claim a promise from God. Pick one. I promise you, there are many. Before your feet hit the floor every single day for the rest of your life, claim a promise from God.
Do you know what promises that God has made?
2 Corinthians 1:20
For no matter how many promises God has made, they are "Yes" in Christ. And so through him the "Amen" is spoken by us to the glory of God.
So God answers 'yes' automatically for those that are in Him, and trust Him.
Before you get out of bed, trust Him. That is, IF you are a man of God!

Well my friend...I see where you are confused...l'm going to make it easy to understand because I know when I first came to Christ...I always felt so terrible for sinning...but then many people made me realize that we will never be good enough...and we will never stop sinning. It's weather we make a deliberate choice to sin. For example, I may be short tempered with people (especially in L.A. traffic), however, if I don't recongnize that I have a problem with sinning then I am sinning but if I recognize it and make a great effort to refrain myself...then when I do become hotheaded...then when I come to repent to the Lord then I am forgiven of my sin. The only time we are not forgiven of our sins is if we don't turn away from sins (if we don't repent) then you are going to have to answer to God on judgement day.
This took me a couple of years to really understand this emotionally, and now I do and I know I have the Lord's promises.
I would suggest you take time to fellowship with others in church regarding your struggles...that is what it states in scripture...that we are to be all accountable to our brethern.

You wouldn't be addictive to lust if you are in somalia, you wouldn't be anger if you have no power, You wouldn't laugh often if you lose a tooth. is a general philosophy.
Aren't the circumstances forcing you to do so ? Why so repentance each time assuming you are doing a big sin ? Give what's to be given to caesar and give what's to be given to god.
We are all addictive to the beliefs. And you are doing no sin.
Time takes care of you and drags you to the folds of God. where you would always enjoy.

Just because we are saved or born again does not mean in that instant that we will never sin again. "Faith without works is dea" Means, to me, that once we are saved, we must continue to grow in our faith and learn through reading and teachings about God and Jesus and God knows that we will sin again. It is in the flesh nature of us to do that. But I think that once we are saved we are given the revalation that we are sinning and we are convicted in our hearts (the shame we feel when we sin) and therefore we continue to grow and learn not to do the sins of the past.
Will God Pardon you? No. He will judge you as he will judge us all.. the difference? You are his child and your sins are already forgiven, that doesn't mean that there won't be consequences of our actions. But it does mean that you wont go to hell.
Also, it says in the bible that it is better not to utter a word (a promise) to God then to promise and then break the promise. A promise to Gdo is a covenant and God takes Covenants very seriously and holds us to our word just as we hold him to His word. So please don't promise something you know you can't keep. It is better not to promise anything and continue to learn and grow in Faith.
You could say that Faith (Your promise to God), without works (without actions on your part) is dead (is futile).
The Hebrews scripture you quoted you have interpreted incorrectly. Fearful expectation of Judgement is healthy, just as a fear of God is.. he is an awe some being. BUT you are not an enemy of God.... you are his child and you should not worry so much.

Sometimes people get into the trap of over-scrupulosity and obsess too much. Realize that you are human, accept it, and that God will forgive you. Don't be so eager to be perfect.
When James wrote, "Faith without works is dead" by that he didn't mean "avoid sins", he was referring to good works to help others. Maybe if you focus on that, you'll obsess less about your human imperfections.

as human beings we always make mistakes the difference is whether you keep making them even after God has revealed to you that you are wrong through your conscience.
its a tough question, pray about it and ask God to change you and in time he will. slowly you will notice that you do not want to do these things anymore but more than praying you need to employ self control, learn to tell your mind what you can and cannot do and this will make you stronger.
if you have a pastor or spiritual mentor talk to them and get them to pray with you too.
God forgives an honest heart.

CHEESE WHIZ RICED!!!
You're afraid of displeasing God because you happen to experience a little anxiety, equate a sexy thought with committing adultery and anger with murder!!
Your entire frame of mind displays the exact reason that Christianity is harmful to human beings.
You are simply living as a normal human being. Give yourself a break!

Why do you torture yourself over a god which does not exist. Adopt some ethics and climb on board the social contract, it's more fun and you don't have to beat yourself up over a clenched butt superstitiously derived moral code. Just treat people the way you want to be treated.

Yeah, "the spirit is strong but the flesh is weak". Know what you going through and have no advice or answers. Perhaps a well-intentioned Christian here can help.
