She may have some insecurities that need to be worked on. Sit down and talk to Holly. Don't play a blame game just ask her what's wrong and how the relationship can be worked on for the better. Remember not to present only the negative but the positive as well. Maybe she will open up as to what the real problem is. If she doesn't don't force it. It may take a couple time of talking to actually get it out. She may need some comfort in knowing she can come to you with an issue.
She may be mad at herself for something and taking it out on you.

You need to explain your question more. No one knows from that what is going on to answer right. Guys alot of the time think there is nothing wrong with something they might be doing. Hanging out with their friends too much....forgot to call....talking or hanging out with another girl ....not totally explaining something because you might not think anything of whatever it is that happened???? Give a better idea and I know someone could help you out more ok?
