Do you value good-looking people's opinion moreso than ugly people?

Forex, If a good looking person tells you they have a preference for something and an ugly person tells you they have the opposite preference for something. Whose opinion do you normally side with if you are neutral on a subject or item?

I find I normally go with the good-looking person that's why I'm asking.

So you don't believe that good-looking people are worth more? Cause I do.

I mean when I see that an ugly girl died I'm not as sad and when I find out a good-looking girl died.

Are you that way to?

Depends on the subject. If I'm asking for an opinion on fashion, makeup, hair, etc. then I'd value the good-looking person's opinion more. If it's something intellectual, then it wouldn't have anything to do with looks -- I'd go with the more intelligent person's opinion. I don't know if you're married, but I think it makes a difference. If you're single, everyone that you meet of the opposite gender is a potential mate (provided that they're single, too). Every man I meet is no more than another person -- no potential. So, I don't value looks as much, IMHO. Now, hygiene is a totally separte issue. I don't value someone's opinion that doesn't have enough manners for others and respect for themselves to keep themselves clean -- body or oral.

Anyway, that's what I think. Take care & Happy Holidays.

Hell yeah, that's why you don't see a bunch of ugly salespeople in the world. Would rather watch an ugly person on the news, or a good-looking one? This applies to many areas, not just taking opinions!

Good question, but I have to say, I don't really care about the looks. I used to do that, with guys and stuff, but now it is all about how smart they state their opinion. =)
Anyways, if you keep this up, people might find out and then they won't want to vote on opinions or anything. It isn't that big of a deal so don't worry about it. Try listening more instead of looking, then you may get to form your own opinion by their point of view instead of their "physical" view.

I would try both preferences and then see which side I would take. I don't judge by appearance. If the ugly person gives me a good preference, then I would go with. I would never not go with their preference based on appearance. It's discrimination.

i agree with the person that said just because they're good looking doesn't mean they are the smartest... unattractive people are sometimes brilliant, so you can't go by their looks... but the goodlooking person is good looking for a reason... so maybe you can value their opinion... there is unattractive, like say someone has genetics that they can't control, then there's just strait up nasty, and maybe you wont value someones opinion if they are unkempt. silly question.

I go with the opinion that makes more sense...I would ask why they have that opinion and use my brain not my eyes to decide who's opinion carries more weight. I am not superficial like you...sad society we live in that some people judge opinions by how someone looks. I feel sorry for you...

I usually go with the opinion that made sense. If the ? was about appearance than I would go with the good looking one but if the ? was about umm something intellectual than I would ask the not so good looking.

I think pound for pound ugly people are smarter.Einstein? Not a real handsome looking dude. I think the ugly people studied harder in school because they weren´t into the popularity contests. I think it´s stupid to say that you agree with good looking people more often than not. It also tells me your an ugly dude.

nicely my expert suggestion could be which you're exceedingly respectable. yet on a human point, i admire chix who've like darkish black hair and a gloomy area to them, and that i'm interested in that kind of facial constructive factors, so i could unquestionably be interested in you in a social placing. the two pictures are good, yet I propose you keep your hair black, somewhat of brown or highlights w/e, because of the fact darkish hair constantly convey out a individual's eyes, especialy in the event that they are exceedingly good like on your case.
