Because I was pregnant in my 9th grade year, I didn't like to change infront of other girls either. I would go into the bathroom stall and change. It was tighter space, but it gave me the privacy I needed. Best wishes.

13 is a tough age to be. No doubt she feels very nervous and uncomfortable. If changing in a bathroom stall is an option, it might help her feel more comfortable rather then be right in front of everyone.
I hope that helps

Im around her age and when i have that problem i just go into the bathroom stahl and change in there. Or if they dont have bathroom stahls in there then have a buddy hold up a towl for her as she changes.

Do they not have a bathroom in the locker room? She could just take her things into the bathroom to change. Or she could "underdress" her gym shorts under a pair of sweats on gym days.

she is going through that awkard stage of being self-conscience of their changing bodies. perhaps if she can find an empty shower with curtains to change or a toilet stall with the door locked.

Perhaps you can get her one of those towels that have elastic and a velcro closure. She could wrap this around herself and change without exposing herself.
