Me and My grandma got 200 dollars to buy a new digital camera and we arn't sure which one to buy or where to buy it at. It has to be atleast 6 or 7 mega pixels!!! Where and What should we buy? We want to spent the most we can out of the money so it has to cost $190 - $210.

I think the best deal of the season is the Canon Powershot A530. It's "only" 5 MP, though. The A540 is 6 MP. The A540 has been on sale at numberous big box stores below $130. That's a good price on a good camera. The A530 was selling for $180 not too long ago. I've recommended this camera within my own family, so I'll be living with the results of this recommendation right along with you. You can use the rest of your budget to buy a decent memory card.

Many stores have the A540 for $170 and you'll need to spend $30 or so on a good memory card.

Unless you enlarge a lot of photos more than 8X10 you wouldn't need 6 or 7 megapiels. I'd say Canon is the way to go. Don't forget you'll probably have to buy a memory card which could cost $30 .
