Um, when you buy a movie from comcast on demand and ti says it costs $3.99 do you only have to pay 3.99 or pay 3.99 each time u get ur bill

it's $3.99 for the movie. And JUST the movie.

you pay $3.99 once to watch it all day if you watch it again on another day thats another $3.99 so if you only watch it on one day its only $3.99 (plus tax)

Good ole Comcast. You pay for it once, but if you watch it multiple times you will have to pay for it each time. If you've only watched it once and you've been charged more than once, I suggest you call Comcast. 1-800-COMCAST and complain. A lot of these companies throw in these little charges and make it your responsibility to find their 'error'(?).
