A resolution of mine, along with the rest of the world, this year, is to lose weight and get into better shape:
If I am to commit to an hour of moderate to high intensity on a treadmill every day, religiously, and volleyball practise for my college team 2-3 times a week, will I see results?
What else can I do to boost fat/weight loss? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

good regimen but you should add weight training and an improved diet. reduce your consumption of fats and increase your consumption of vegetable proteins and fruits.

a Low calorie diet will also help. If you are working out this much, I suggest about 1700 calories per day. So watch what you eat and make sure you avoid sugary snacks and sodas. In fact, I would suggest entirely giving up all soda. It helped me lose alot of weight by just doing that. Good luck
