For pink eye, some symptoms are itchiness, and when you wake up in the morning your eyes are glued shut. I don't have those symptoms. My eyes are just a pale pink and my vision is blurred. Sometimes I feel like one eye stings but it goes away. Is it still pink eye? They're also a bit dry, too.

Medical terminology for "Pink eye" is conjunk-
tivitis, you can look this up with all the symptoms and treatment on the net, just type the word into your search engine, but, in general it will be painful, somtimes very itchy, and you need to go to the Dr., if he is not sure they can do a culture, it needs to be treated with an antibiotic and the serious thing is that it is CONTAGIOUS, you probably should not be going to work with it, so get in to the Dr. and get checked to be safe, your eyes are very important why take the chance.

Pink eye is a non-technical term for convunctivitis, which may of may not be serious, contagious or self-limiting.

Just having slightly pink conjunctiva (whites of your eyes) can be due to smoking pot, allergies, or a mild irritation. If it bothers you or you boss, I'd have it checked out. If you are not being bothered by it, get some eye drops.

The blurred vision is a little bit worrying, you might want to have it checked.

You might have an eye infection and also have dry eye syndrome so see your eye doc ASAP to get this checked out. Left untreated eye infections can cause permanent damage. I speak from experience.
