Moderately paced for about 30-45 minutes. But you should workout at least 3 times a week. You won't lose five pounds in one workout session. Also eat more fruits and veggies and less sweets.

Depends on your weight--but to lose 5 pounds, you need to burn off 17500 more calories than you consume. If you have a treadmill which allows you to put your height, weight & age in, that will be more accurate because the calories will be based on your weight. Exercise goes hand in hand with diet--so consume less calories, bc then you're burn more, eat less, and lose that 5 lbs.

5 pounds of water is approximately 6/10th a gallon. till you're very super, this could properly be a brilliant form of fluid loss and represents important and probably risky dehydration. you're speaking approximately hours of treadmill artwork at severe ambient temperatures, 90F, or rubber fits. till, you're a noticeably experienced athlete, you could assume to get dizzy and in all threat faint. flow any sharp-edged furniture this is close to the treadmill. whilst you're questioning of doing this for some interest, I advise you talk with your coach first. human beings can recover from 2-3 lbs of dehydration in some hours, yet whilst 5 lbs, assume to be susceptible for a complete day.

This would depend on your metobolic rate, and your diet. Your metobolic rate is the amount of calories that your body burns naturally. However if you are looking for fast results I would get on an eliptical, you will burn more calories.
