Most likely it is just a muscle reaction... like when a big dog kicks his leg when being scratched. If it is only happening when you are scratching him then I doubt there is any kind of problem but it never hurts to ask a vet!
Good luck, keep an eye on him!

Rudimentary Peni is stunning! Um, The Faint is possibly the latest. MA: i love a lot of diverse genres. Punk, Indie, 80s/90s selection, human beings...i ought to save going. MA2: Um, i'm not confident precisely. Dance-ish new wave, possibly. MA3: someplace in between. i love a very huge kind of similar genres. yet i'm not cool sufficient to be like, "there's a music from each kind that i will savour," because for me, regrettably, that's not authentic.

I have 5 chihuahuas that do that sometimes too. It's just a tickle spot and perfectly normal.
