Yes, I see them ALL the time. I think it's their energy. We are limited of what we can physically see of them with our eyes, but their energy is so powerful that we still can pick up bits of their electromagnetic activity if we are even the tiniest bit sensitive. The ones I see are usually brilliant, BRILLIANT flickers of bluish-bright white light, like white light of the highest spectrum.

Well, here's a real answer - but it's sure to get a reaction: when people get into deep meditation or have studied ESP, they can often see "auras". Most people don't see them, but anyone can with a little bit of training. The key thing is to be really calm and quiet, then look "openly" (without focusing or thinking) at a person. The easiest way is to hold your hand between you and a neutrally-colored wall, and stare at the interface between the edge of a finger and the wall behind it.
If you see a very slim lightened area around the finger (or around another person's head), just keep looking without focusing. If you keep at it, that margin will expand - and that's the aura. An aura will be larger and brighter if you and another person are emotionally / spiritually close, and if you're both in a similar calm state of mind.
Auras are much stronger from people who are well-practiced in meditation, and I guess that would include Angels. I don't know - I'm not one myself. But with practice, you can see auras on other living things, like trees. The Russians developed a method of photographing auras in the 1960's, called Kirlian Photography - there are examples of leaves with large auras when attached to the tree, then the aura slowly disappears over a period of 30 minutes when the leaf has been cut off. The theory is that the aura is a form of "life energy" that's just out of our usual range of light frequencies.
Didn't expect all that, did you?

Seen a few
Seen people praying say theyve seen a few
Hard to say but heres a fact.
Humans can only see within a limited spectrum. Between the ultraviolet and infrared. That doesnt mean that there isnt anything beyond these. As it is, angels probably lie beyond ultraviolet rays or under infrared, and somehow the sparkles must have something to do with them going back and forth in space.
Just a thought really..

Well, Angels belong to a different dimension, a heavenly one so when they break into ours for a visitation the two dimensions are forced together and the tension between them, a kind of astral friction, causes these sparks.
Then again, perhaps they are just angel dust like tinkerbell in peter pan was so fond of throwing about. Perhaps the angels throw it everywhere for decoration, a kind of angel make-up but not on their faces. Do angels have faces? Maybe not and thats why they must throw the sparkels around the place...

I've seen sparkles. It doesn't have anything to do with angels. It's a matter of blood flow to the head.

Then He created the openings between high skies and filled them with all classes of His angels. Some of them are in prostration and do not kneel up. Others in kneeling position and do not stand up. Some of them are in array and do not leave their position. Others are extolling Allah and do not get tired. The sleep of the eye or the slip of wit, or languor of the body or the effect of forgetfulness does not effect them.
Among them are those who work as trusted bearers of His message, those who serve as speaking tongues for His prophets and those who carry to and fro His orders and injunctions. Among them are the protectors of His creatures and guards of the doors of the gardens of Paradise. Among them are those also whose steps are fixed on earth but their necks are protruding into the skies, their limbs are getting out on all sides, their shoulders are in accord with the columns of the Divine Throne, their eyes are downcast before it, they have spread down their wings under it and they have rendered between themselves and all else curtains of honour and screens of power. They do not think of their Creator through image, do not impute to Him attributes of the created, do not confine Him within abodes and do not point at Him through illustrations.
