TAKE ALL SCREWS OUT AND PULL OFF.

Unscrew any of the (usually hidden) screws you can find. Pry off any trim pieces (like the door handle surround if it has one).

Pry around the edges of the door card...gently.

Don't be taking a prybar, pick-axe, plasma cutter, grenade or chain saw to it though...they sell a tool at Radio Shack that can help you or you can use anything you have that is flat and strong (like a hard putty knife).
