Unfortunately, the closest chihuahua rescue I'm aware of to you is in Derbyshire!!!! (sorry)

There are however quite a few all-breed rescues near to you, click on the link below for details:

They may have chihuahuas or other small dogs available that may be suitable, or if you are wanting to hand in a dog, they might also be able to take it in. Just be aware that rescues are very busy this time of year and they may not have space because of all the puppies abandoned just after Christmas.

Contact one of the Breed Clubs. They will be able to tell you about local breed rescues. The KC site gives you details of Secs. of all breed clubs.

a friend of mine rescued 2, I think from the p.d.s.a or the r.s.p.c.a
