Is it true that a 741 op-amp IC consist of 20 transister's and 11 resister's....if ture than is it possible???

Yes, you can count them yourself. see the data sheet

Im not sure of the exact count of transistors and resistors, but yes it definately is possible. Here is a link to a LM741 datasheet. Look at the IC schematic on page 4 and count for yourself.

It is possible to make very small transistors in integrated circuits. As it turns out, resistors are much larger than transistors on an IC.
