I gave a solution to this in an earlier question I answered, and the lady said it worked perfectly. I will copy and paste it below.
Use a hot compress on it, and then use cool water to close the pores. Do the process over and over again, about five or six times. Use soap to wash the area, and then treat it with an alcohol soaked cotton ball. It should be gone within five to six hours.

Lemon juice is great for drying out a zit. It you choose to "pop it" please use the proper tool. Do NOT use your nails or fingers. Use a blackhead removal tool. You can find then at any drug store or WalMart for under $5. Using the tools doesn't leave indents or "pop marks" on your face. Be sure to clean the tool once done and use something to dry out the pore.
Good luck! :)

Do not pop a pimple as this only causes the bacteria to spread to other parts of your face as well as to your fingers. Use a mild soap and water to wash your nose and then use your favorite acne product. You can try any of the other suggestions just don't pop the pimple.

You've probably got a deep one. Get a straight pin (or better, a syringe needle if you have one) and poke in the center of it. That will create a channel to the surface and you'll be able to squeeze it out. Then put some rubbing alcohol on it to disinfect it and the swelling should go away pretty quickly.

if you ice it for 3 minutes it will bring it to the surface quicker, and then you can pop it with a needle. Visine will help get the red to go away, toothpase will dry it out. Peroxide will also dry it out and disinfect it.

Toothpaste on it can help it dry up. Popping it only irritated it, and caused the inflammation to remain.

visine will reduce redness, otherwise compresses will encourage the puss to drain- don't pop it can cause scarring or more infection and drive it deeper

go to your local chemist or pharmacy, they will probably be able to give you some zit cream that will cure it in a few days.
