There is an inexpensive software on designing floor plans and homes sold at Office Max, Staples, and Office Depot. Check those stores. Have fun designing!

Most architects use some version of AutoCAD which is kind of expensive- however Google has this for free:

it's great for conceptual plans, but if you're wanting a real blueprint you'll probably have to pay to use one of the many "design your own home" services.
