They are on the back part of my thigh. They almost look like pimples. Could they be ingrown hairs? What do I do to stop them?

Keratosis pilaris is a common skin condition that looks like small goose bumps, which are actually dead skin cells that build up around the hair follicle. Check this website:

They could well be ingrown hairs. They are very common after hair removal sessions, when the hair starts growing but gets trapped under the skin. This is usually because the pore has become blocked. Exfoliating regularly can really help to prevent this.

Try using an ingrown hair treatment like Priva Shave, Tend Skin, Kalo IHT or Skin Doctors Ingrow Go.

There are also special pointed tweezers for ingrown hair removal.
